Privacy policy

The short version

Doktank does not collect, store or transmit your personal data. The app talks to the Dokploy instances you add and to nothing else, unless you explicitly enable the optional push relay.

What the app stores on your device

Instance URLs and API keys, stored in the iOS or macOS Keychain.

A cache of the data your Dokploy instance returns (projects, services, logs, metrics), encrypted at rest and removed when you remove the instance.

App preferences such as theme, refresh interval and notification choices.

What leaves your device

Requests to the Dokploy instances you added, authenticated with your API key. Those requests go directly from your device to your instance.

If you enable the optional push relay, your device token and the Dokploy webhook events you choose are sent to the relay so it can deliver push notifications. The relay stores the device token and the last events needed for delivery, and nothing else. You can disconnect it at any time from the app.

What we do not do

No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking across apps or sites.

Crash reports are only sent if you choose to share them through Apple’s standard mechanism.

We never see your API keys, your servers or your data.

Your rights and contact

Because we do not hold data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete, except the relay records described above, which are deleted when you disconnect. Questions go to kontakt@kodetank.no.
